How do you charge?

We charge a fixed supply cost for each item only if they sell at your auction. 100% of the selling price over the supply price goes to your organisation. 

See the example graph where you could sell an amazing villa experience sold at HK$29,000 at a fundraiser, and our supply price is only HK$17,000 (51.7%). 

What is our margin? In this case, the margin is HK$2,000 (6.9%). And the charity profit is 41.4% of the selling price. Charity benefits from a HK$12,000 worth donation without risking a dime!

Here are some common questions about our items.

Yes, absolutely! We provide a complimentary 1-hour consulting session when you list 10 or more items in your campaign. This session is designed to help you develop a strategic approach and explore effective ways to maximise your fundraising efforts. Based on your donor profile and various other factors, we’ll offer tailored recommendations on which items are likely to perform best in your campaign.  

If a supplier is unable to provide the auction item, we will work to find an alternative supplier or offer a suitable replacement. Our goal is to ensure that donor refunds are kept to an absolute minimum. To date, less than 0.1% of all vouchers issued have required refunds.

The validity period for vouchers may vary depending on the item. In general, vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. This means that, in most cases, the prize must be redeemed within one year.
